nvidia 570 mobo, ddr-2 677 1gb memory, core 2 duo 6300, and 7300le vid card...

or

nvidia 590 mobo, ddr2 533 512mb, pentium d 805, and 7300le vid card

which would be better?

from either systems ill will get ddr2-677 or 800 depending on which chipset, a core 2 duo 6300, and a 7950gt.

i just don't have all the money yet but i have a enough to get the ground work done. BECUZ MY COMP BLOWS

IS THAT BETTER???

Have you tried Newegg.com or Zipzoomfly?
Here is a rundown of what you asked for...

GIGABYTE GA-965G-DS3 Socket 775 $146.99
Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 Conroe 1.86GHz $180.00
XFX Geforce 7950GT 512MB PCIe $295.99
Better Deal SAPPHIRE Radeon X1900XT 256MB PCIe $259.99
CORSAIR XMS2 1GB DDR2 800 $153.00

Price = $775.98

The nForce 590 chipset is outclassed by the P965 chipset. Its better to get DDR2 because of the better timing and latency with the Core 2 Duo. DDR 800 matches the Core 2 the best out of them all. don't even bother with the Pentium D or DDR 533. The 7950 GT is outclassed by the X1900XT as shown here:

This should help you.

ok thx guys sry for yelling.......i think iam screwing freaking sli and goin with the 965p .....that was my first idea....untill they improve sli screw the nforces!!!!!!!!

First off, ALL CAPS DENOTES YELLING and it pisses people off.
Second, use the puntucation buttons on your keyboard.
Third, try to spell and not speak in elipses when asking for help.
Fourth, the n90 and n80 are not good chipsets for the Core 2.
Fifth, the 7950GT is outclassed by the XT1900XT. you have to buy the GX2 to get better results.
Six, DDR800 is better than DDR667 for the Core 2 because it has a better ratio.
EDIT: Ignore 1 - 3.

guys think i should go with the asus p5b or the gigabyte ds3 ?

I'd say they're both pretty good. Lots of people swear by the ASUS board though. Make a comparison of the 2 boards (many shops will do this) and run through the specs. See which one suits you better for features.

the dfi board is a good board to stay with. once you have the board in you can always swap out cpu, gpu, and ram. but you will always have a good board and a 975 chipset for if you ever decide to upgrade your cpu to e6600 and up. its a few dollar more than the other two boards but i think its worth it.

the dif infinity board just a month ago was $260 now its $170.
