usb device not recognised, 3D usb sound

my usb card was accidently moved when I had music playing and then the music stopped. I took it out and put it back in and now it wont be recognised on any computer I try it on. "usb device not recognised, malfuntion error" Is ther a utility or anything that could be used to repair it.

i do not htink this is a problem at all.
all usb devices if they removed did not regornized by system if you plug them back in seconds.
plug the device
reboot the system and the card must work.
if not them you have to reinstall the drivers.
go to device manager find the highlight multimedia device and update driver.
