Hi, I am planning to get a motherboard that will support my CPU and gonna do a little overclocking but I am very tight with my budget. I bought one of the Intel G965 chip motherboard, the bios features kinda SUK compare to my Asus... anyway, any good suggestion? remember I am very tight on budget

I'm confused, you say you are looking for a mobo for an E6300 yet have a 965P mobo. What's wrong with it? Are you already using this 965P for something else?

This is the cheapest board I would recommend to do some overclocking.

Assuming you already have DDR2 memory and a PCI-Express video card.

G965 can't overclock worth a damn, since Intel added a chipset clock speed cap. Don't expect over 340 FSB.

Get a P965 board, and stick in a good 'ol PCI video card.
