Does anyone know where to find a service manual for the Chromagraph
S3300 ?

Or better yet, explain how to fix the following error msg:

"Scanning light path or photo multiplier disturbed"

I was getting the same message. I believe the reason is that I was trying to scan at too high of a magnification factor and the output would be larger than the S3300 can deal with. I believe the limit is 16 x 18. If you set your factor in linocolor, and the output number is larger on either axis, the scanner will choke and give you the message that it is disturbed.

I am also looking for a manual and can't find one.
