Does anyone know if the TWINX2048-3200PRO will work in the gigabyte GA-965P-DS3?

Since the memory is DDR and the MB takes DDR2, looks like the answer is "no." The memory configurator at the Corsair web site and/or Gigabyte's support should be able to help out with questions like that in the future.
