the first looks like just the fatal1ty w.o the breakout box. The second looks like a completely different card. I checked creative's website and it turns out theres a third new card.

Anybody know of any reviews of these cheaper ones? I was thinking of getting an Xtrememusic.... wanna see how these compare.

Chances are the Xtrememusic will perfomr better than the last 2, the Fatal1ty of course will most likely be better than the Xtrememusic with the X-RAM and all. I would go for the fatal1ty gamer one. I had an xtrememusic and I sold it cuz i needed the cash nearly brand new, when I get a new one, Ill go for the Fatl1ty xtremegamer edition.

Honestly for the average user, I dont see why any of these wont do. Unless I was an audiofreak or a DJ, the xtrememusic will be more than enough.

I'd really love to see a value edition of the Elite Pro...w/out the breakout box. I guess there's just not a market for an Xtreme Music who's only difference is notably better audiophile-grade DACs.
