Installing windows need help

I booted up my pc and i tried to install windows but it says it could not find my driver, so i put the cd that came with my motherboard and a black screen appears with my model name and an option

Generate Serial Ata Driver diskette? Y/N

everytime i press yes, it says source: Generate serial ata driver diskette
only 1.44mb floppy drive is supported!

reboot system now

so i reboot, and it asks me the same question, i press No and it just says reboot and asks me the same question all the time, but before the option appears im on my motherboard menu where i can press f2 for the setup menu bios or whatever its called, f11 for flash memory etc

I'm completely lost on what to do

my motherboard is asrock p67 pro 3 with intel i5 processor and im trying to install windows 7 home premium

Please tell the group about the rest of your computer, RAM, Video card, HDDs, and how they are attached, PSU, and what is already on it, such as Win-XP 32 bit, and exactly what you are attempting to do, such as Install an Upgrade to Windows 7 32 bit or 64 bit, or whatever.

That way we can best help you get the job done.

Installing or upgrading to a new OS can be very frustrating, so don't feel bad.
