How can I connect two small business buildings using a Wireless link?...What would u guys recommend I use Fiber Optic or Category cable for the two buildings?...and what servers do you recommend?...The company is planning to grow and we need to upgrade from 4mbps token ring to 100mbps Ethernet...keep in that the company will expand in the future and will need to upgrade their netowork.

Fiber if it's physically and economically possible. for a 100Mb wireless link it would usually be about as expensive as a fiber run. Proxim's Western Multiplex gear will do it but each bridge would be in the 10-20K range.
