Ok i installed a V-Stream PVR Plus into my computer. It works fine but seems to have some interferance or something. Bar thats a little lighter moves up the screen and keeps appearing. Somewhat like when u pick up TV channels with antenna how it gets that bar that moves up. Any idea how to fix this.
