Can a motherboard with a micro ATX form factor (such as the Asus M2NPV-VM) be installed in a standard ATX case (such as the Antec SLK1650B)?

Yes, but make sure you get your standoff's right.

Yes. All ATX cases have the hole configurations for any ATX Form factor. However, not all ATX cases are large enough. Make sure you get an appropriate sized case.
