CPU: E6400
Cooling: Scythe Ninja Plus
MB: ASUS P5B DLX WiFi
RAM: 2x1GB Super Talent T800UB1GC4
VC: RADEON X1900XT 256 + Arctic Cooling Accelero X2
HDD: Samsung Spinpoint P120 250GB
CASE: Sunbeam "Silent Storm"
PSU: Antec NeoHE 500W
PC was working fine for 2-3 days since assembly, stable voltages and all, until it started randomly turning off by itself (it happened even while I was in the BIOS!), after those "accidents" pressing the power button would do nothing and I had to switch the PSU off and then back on each time in order to get my PC working again.
The next morning even more trouble was on me, PC wouldn't start at all, fans would spin for 1-2 secs, then stop, and then spin and stop again and again, after 5-6 such "cycles" of PSU struggling it would sometimes post properly or beep for ram errors. Needless to say I have resetted the cmos numerous times, it doesn't help at all.
Just to make sure it is not a mobo problem, I hooked up some cheap 300W "delux" PSU and had no problems going through POST.
