ATI RD600 v. Intel D975XBX2 (Bad Axe 2)

Can anyone provide me with an analysis of these two boards' specifications. Does one have any benefit over the other? Any news on their release dates?

All the info at the time is that "they'll be great OCer and rock stable" and theyll be "something never seen before" blah marketing bluff
Youll have to wait for a real preview or until theyre out to measure their potential.

Agreeed with Rwaritsdario, you have to wait and see.

Chances are that if you dont OC or do mild OC, you wont need a RD600.

Rumors also say that only DFI wil release a mobo on the RD600, if that' the case, this motherboard wont be for anybody, you will probably have endless tweaking possibility and be ready to invest some time into tweaking.

But then again we have to wait. Im actually waiting for a round up of nVidia 680i SLi vs Rd600 vs Bad Axe 2, and then I buy a schweet system in december =)
