should i update my bios or not?

If your system is stable (including any overclocking), then the answer is no. If you decide to update anyway, read about the asus recovery program on your motherboard cd, or save the old bios version if using a floppy.

yes, everything works fine and it was stable at overclocking.

though i dont oc much anymore.
