Intel E6300

Iv just got my Intel E6300. I use my PC for online games( World of Warcraft, Guild wars etc) and general stuf letter,burning dvd's etc. Do you think i should stick with Fan.Heatsink provided by intel or upgrade.

The stock heatsink for the Conroes are pretty good even if you do some overclocking.

Agreed. No reason to upgrade unless you plan to OC > 10%.

If you look at the overclocking potential with an aftermarket fan for around $35 you can easily get 3.0 ghz from that processor, equivilant of the X6800.

Since the X 6800 sells for over $1000 it makes economic sense to spend $35 to get an extra $900 of performance.
