TV Tuner card to TV

Ok lets see if i can explain this.. i have 2 video cards in sli as you can see in my sig.. not always sli.. i have a tv tuner card and i use Windows MEdia Center ... what i want to do is out put the tv to one of my cards that will be hooked up to my tv.. via s-video connection. This i have done..and it works great... but.. i want it full screen and to be able to use my remote for my tuner card for it... so it can be independ it... so i can be working on my pc and have WMC on the tv watching tv... it won't work when i have it full screen.. i can't get over to my monitor when in full screen WMC on the tv... any suggestions??
