Hello all,
I have a 3800 X2 socket 939 cpu, and I have it at 2.60ghz. My vcore is set in the bios to 1.475 and CPU-Z 1.37 reads it was 1.46 - 1.55v...average is 1.5v! Im not sure what my temps are yet, because I havent ran prime yet. I was just wandering if this voltage is fine for air cooling. I run a P180 case with the fans on high and have an Arctic Freezer 64 Pro cpu cooler with AS5 thermal paste.
Settings: Antec NeoHE 550w PS / ASUS AN8-E
10x260
4x HTT = 1040mhz (2080mhz effective)
1.475v "in bios" (1.46 - 1.55v in CPU-Z / 1.50 in Speed Fan)
What do you guys think, is it safe for regular useage?
Thanks in advance for all of your help!
Best,
