What is the best memory for overclocking

What is the best memory for overclocking? I found this at Zippy but I can't find it on the Corsair sight.

Anyone know if this even exists and would it be good for overclocking? I was also wondering what is better lower timeings or higher speeds? What would give the best performance?

It runs at 1200mhz with 4-4-4-12 timings. Pretty badass. Price/performance though? Your call.

Strange I couldn't find it on the Corsair Site. The model # doesn't show up.
