Operating systems not installing

Recently bought a new build, but all OS's I have tryed to install have froze. Windows 7, Vista and XP. Ive switched the graphics card, switched the disk drives, flashed the BIO's, swapped the RAM around (yet to run memtest), tryed installing both 64 bit and 32 bit, switched the HD over to this PC and installed 32 bit to it fully functional.

Anyone have any clue as to whats wrong?

most likely culptrits are the HDD & RAM - seeing as you have the HDD running in another PC I would suggets trying RAM from another machine.

If you post your full pc specs we can give you a few more things to check.

I'll enter a vote for the RAM. Have you tried with only 1 stick?
Also, it might be your PSU. If it has a weak rail, or getting close to failure, it can also cause problems like you are experiencing. It is not common, but I have seen it happen.

Yeah, ive tryed with one stick.
PSU is brand new, but yeah apparently its quite a weak PSU.
