The E510 is the US version of the Dimension 5150 - whic I happened to have upgraded the PSU on a couple months back. It should be a BTX-style case using the main cooler fan to draw air in from the front and 1 PSU fan to pull air into the PSU from inside the case and out the upper rear of the case through the PSU vent.

Mine used a standard ATX 305w supply with 4 mounting screws. If you are planning an upgrade, look at the back of your case and count the screws holding the PSU to the case. It will be either 3 or 4. Get a PSU with that many screws that suits your needs in an ATX form factor. Do look for the little clip that also holds the PSU unit to the case after you remove the screws or you'll be an hour trying to get it free.

Need more help? This question has been asked and answered many, many times both at the Dell support site and in the Dell section here at THG (it's under Consumer Electronics instead of hardware).
