anyone ever here of or use this ram? if so, what board did you use it on & how did it work. WINTEC AMP-X 1GB (2 x 512MB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory

I've never used that exact ram but I've bought wintec before and it would not work in any system and I sent it back and got another brand. Wintec is the cheapest but I would consider them the worst.

thanks for the reply. i was tempted when i saw the price, but never heard of them before. i will go with a name brand instead
