Hiding Optical Drives

I'm going to be building a computer this year, and have a question about the case. In a case without a door, the white or black color of optical drives could ruin the case's asthetic appeal. It would be nice to be able to use the front covers that came on the case with the drives. Is theres some way to do this? Glue perhaps?

You can get cases that have optional "bezels" that do exactly what you want, it basically covers the face completely and gives the same astethic consistency
