need a cheap solid mobo

all I need is a cheep solid mobo for an am2 sempron or A64, all I want is pciE, sata, 2 or 4 dimm ports and mabey OC a little. I dont have an agp card, ddr memory or an ide worth moveing to a new system like a 939. so any sugestions would be helpfull. I like to game so whatever I plan to do I plan to use a 7600gt, I have a usb cd-dvd burner and a 200gig sata from a friend of mines server. the only reason I would go with amd is the performance you get for the price, anyone who thinks I could get the same performance for the same price with an intel, im all ears.

Check this out, i like Asus, I have had nice quality, only one bad bord of maybe 20 and all it needed was a bios update. They usually offer basic overclocking in the bios too. Dont know about this one though, but it looks good, and is cheap. At $40 and it is AM2 also, so it will be upgradable.
