Booting Problems with new build...help!

I've built other gamming systems and rarely encounter problems but today I've meet my match... :?

I've gone as far as getting my PSU, mobo and memory replaced but I'm still having the same problem...the computer won't boot nor will it make a beeping sound when powered on and everything turns on.

Specs:

Master power 520 Watt ATX
Asus P5N32-SLI deluxe
Core 2 E6400
CORSAIR XMS2 2GB DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)
WD 250GB Serial ATA II
NZXT Apollo BLUE NP Blue SECC Steel Chassis ATX
MSI NX7600GT GEforce

Did you plug in the easy plug on the mother board?

Also is clearing the cmos doesnt do it.. try hooking it up bare PS, 1 stick of ram, and video.. see if it posts.. if not .. wish you luck :/

Simple but not fun problem.
Your motherboard, the P5N32-SLI Deluxe does NOT SUPPORT CONROE!
The P5N32-SLI SE Deluxe does.

Yes.
I ALWAYS recommend using the 965 chipset (or carefully selected 975's) with Conroe. Untill we see the (980?) NVidia I will stick to this.
It's a shame AMD does not yet have competition for Conroe. They change sockets for CPUs that need major revisions beyond a BIOS upgrade to work with legacy hardware. Well, if it was easy we wouldn't have jobs!
