Reseting BIOS?

Ok I having some trouble i would like to reset my whole bios because my CPU is running at 2.8ghz and is supposed to be running at 3.8. It says FSB is 200mhz I attempted to under clock it. And now cant get back to 3.8 have set to defaullts and nothing. MAybe not enough power or what??

in all bios there should be the option called "restore fail-safe default" and "restore Optomized defaults"

pick 1 of them, either should work.
