How can we find specific old posts based on the post number?

I've got a pretty extensive list of bookmarks in my browser to specific posts in the old Forumz. Obviously, the links don't work anymore; how can I find those posts in the current Forum (and correct my links) by using the old Forumz post number?

Actually, all the old URLs are supposed to redirect automatically to the new posts. You're experiencing a bug. Can you give some examples of old URLs that aren't redirecting?
