when monitor and computer completely turned off
but still plugged in electricity a little sound
can be heard coming from the monitor inside.
it is like an electric sound like " dizzzz".it is
a very little sound but sometimes it is annoying.i
have to plug it off to completely get rid of this
sound.is this a fault or is it
normal???
