set time zone and sig

When I registered a few days ago, I was able to set the time zone and wright a sig.
I don't see any way to do that now.

My join date is 01/01/1970, My first computer was sometime in the 80's

It's in your profile..... There several sections in the profile, so you have to pick the right section in the profile to change..... Look at the red bar at the top to get to the various sections...
