ICS and wifi

Hello,
I'm currently connected to an ADSL modem, using ICS with 10/100 Ethernet
network. I need to connect a computer but it's too difficult with wires.
Could I just add a wifi card to my gateway computer?
Could I use Internet Connection sharing with two different network adaptors
such as Wifi and 10/100 Ethernet?
Or is ICS limited to a single type of network? Can you 'mix and match'?

Thanks.

Thanks for the long reply :)
I'll just bridge them for the mean time.
Will buy a modem/router in future.

I have to ask, why is ICS in the mix here ? And, if you need to buy 2
wireless cards (not clear in the original post), why not go with 1 wireless
card and dump the ICS in favor of a router/AP ? (ALWAYS the better
alternative over using M$ ICS, IMO).

If, we're only talking about this wireless for sharing internet access,
802.11b gear would be fine as the DSL line will probably never max out the
11 mbps wireless connection, assuming the wireless is a good link.
