If I put a single 7950GX2 in a slot that supports Crossfire - will I get maximum performance out of the card, the same as if it was running in an SLi slot?
Sorry if that doesn't make any technical sense, but I hope you understand what I'm saying. If I had 2 7950GX2s, and wanted to run them in SLi mode (but in a Crossfire MoBo) what is the deal then?

Best regards,

you have to check with on nvidia's website for all motherboards compatible with a 7950GX2, that should be most mid-high range motherboards
as far as SLi on a crossfire motherboard that will not work in this case, there are ways to do it with hacked drivers but i doubt you would even want to consider that, at all
