can't decide if i want to oc my computer

Im building a computer once the directx10 cards come out and also vista. and i was going to get
Asus P5W DH Deluxe or abit9d-max (have to hear reviews on abit first)
Intel E6600
CORSAIRXMS2 2Gb DDR2 800
Thermaltake toughpower 750 watt power supply
2 250gb Seagate Barracudas with Perpendicular Recording
Gigabyte 3d aurora case
Lg dvd burner
Windows Vista premium
Nvidia 8800gtx or gts (cant decide)

I was going to get watercoling so that i cold overclock without overheating but im thinking that i might not need to overclock, i play games like counterstrike source,oblivion,bf2142 and various other steam games.

Personally after spending a chunk of money like that, I like to wear the new off mine before I OC it, you're pretty bold to be considering OCing right out of the box, but good luck to you in your endeavors.

i agree with ryan. enjoy your new computer for awhile.

then oc if you want.

Its going to do everything you've listed you like to do with no problems using stock settings and you always have the option to OC later.
