Intel market share up.

Has Intel ever had a quarter where they sold fewer chips than they did in the quarter before?
Thank heaven Intel is back in the driver seat. I am fed up with the high costs we saw on chips, while AMD had the lead. Prices are now back in line with where they were pre-prescott.

Interesting developments considering that the Core 2 duo isn't even ramped and may only consist of a small percentage of their overall sales. Incredibly they took back market share using their old stuff. Christmas might come a little early for Intel this year.

Well of course they were always going to sell a lot of the older chips. They're selling them dirt cheap.
