scan many photos

I have to scan many 10x15mm photos (3000).
Do you know some scanner with a auto document feeder (about 20 sheet at
time) that do this (i prefer ONLY this).
I've seen HP 5530 but it's too expensive.
My budget is 150 $.

I think you mean 10x15 cm, or USA 4 inch by 6 inch. 10x15 mm is smaller that
the size of film.

You budget is too low, you need about $250-300.

If you have a Epson 2480 or Epson 2580 Scanner, this is the document feeder.
