Changing Strap from 1066-1333

Is changing the default fsb strap from 1066-1333 exactly the same thing as manually raising the fsb in small increments from 266-333 ie will produce the same speeds temperatures and probably require the same voltage?

so if i want to be 400fsb, is it better to use 1066 at a 50 percent overclock or 1333 at a 19 percent overclock

is there any benefit to using 400 fsb under the 1333 strap or any downside to using 400 fsb under the 1066 strap? (longer life, more stability, lower temperatures, lower voltage or anything?)

yeah. my box says AA-xxxxxxxxx and ends in 305. i know a lot of people have 304s. are the 305s better for overclocking because they are a newer revision?
