Suggestions for a good CPU heatsink/fan?

This is a fan I am leaning towards:

I know its kinda expensive and huge, so I would like input from people on if its worth the price over..say a Artic Cooling Freezer 7, or the one I have now.

My processor is an e6600 (stock speed right now), I'm using a Cooler Master Hyper L3 now and my temps are about 35 idle and 41 full load, So would I notice any improvement or should I stick with what I have?

Those are nice temps, OC with what you and and if the cooler doesnt let reach your OCing "goal" then think about another one. 120mm+heatpipes does the job the best.

If you want a very good HSF then get the Thermalright Ultra 120 and use the Silverstone FM121 120mm for it. I'm sure it's better than the Asus Silent Square.
