Hi I was just wondering if either of these cards are any good. I plan on buying one of them but I want to make sure im getting the best.

From what I've read on the XFX site, the XFX PVT71JYHE9 GeForce 7950GT is passively cooled and its memory clock is 1.5 GHz.
While the XFX PVT71JYPE7 GeForce 7950GT is fan cooled and its memory clock is 1.46 GHz.
Both cards have a clock rate of 570 MHz and same spec .

So, If you have a well vented case and you're concerned about noise go with the first one. Or if you don't care about the noise and you wish to overclock buy the second one.
