I just purchased a new laptop with widows 7 installed My PC has windows xp. I downloaded incredimail on both computers but my laptop don't receive all the mail that is sent to my email address any suggestions on correcting my problem

Does your e-mail configured to leave a copy of the e-mail on the server?

If not, when an e-mail is downloaded, it will be deleted on the server.
