Hey Guys, I built a custom system in July, and I just recently bought new RAM and I decided to test it out.

All looks good to me. If you are seeing higher scores other places (which you may or may not) you can easily add a few hundred points by overclocking. Many benchmarks you see are from overclocked CPU/RAM/ and GPU.

The main thing is, if you are happy with the performance, you are happy!

Man finding your post sure made me feel better about my setup, I felt I was seriously falling behind but compared to your dual core AM2 and faster video card, I'm AOK!

3D Mark 06 = 5,013 with a single 7800GTX
3D Mark 06 = 7,804 with dual 7800GTXs in SLI

AMD FX57
EPoX 9NPA3 SLI
Corsair 2G PC3500 Pro
2 MSI 7800GTX
X-FI Extreme Music
Fortron 700W

Thankey! :D

4ryan6 are you overclocked at all? Stock score seems really good, but I guess the clockspeed of the GTX's gives a higher score in synthetic benches.

Oh Yes, and my Vids are as well they've been BIOS flashed, and I hadn't ran 06 since I bios flashed the cards so I just re-ran it with a single 7800GTX and scored 5,664.

And planning on OCing her further once I get my W/Cing put back on her so I can see just what this FX57 can really do.

I get 4400 on 3D06 with my P4 630 3.0ghz processer, 2.5gb of DDR(400) and my XFX 7900GT( i OCed it to 1700 memory and 570 core) your score seems normal to me nice Processer BTW X2 are really good.

I'm using 'ye olde world' DDR 400 Kingston Value RAM @333 divider with the voltage @2.7v and all other settings at Auto.

Here's a screenie Ive just banged off which might tell you what you're asking, 'scuse the laziness but I've had far to much beer tonight to remember WTF most of the settings are
