Hi im lookin for the best bargain for my cd2 lookin for a e6600, ive seen some stores have oem processors i assume no fan, i already purchased a artic circle freezer pro 7 so i dont really need a fan, am i missing anything else by going oem, warranty, lesser product in any way.

Just missing the fan and warranty. My experience is most shops only warrant OEM procs for refund for 7 days and exchange for 30 days. Seen some places give one year on an OEM but it's rare...

tiger direct says it has a 12 month warranty, same as there non oem processors ?

retail processors usually have a 3 year warranty

Some places have a retailer's warranty, but not manufactuer's warranty, I think.
