I am looking for a ATI Radeon card but I am so confuse in choosing. May you guys help me out?

These are my requirements:
- 512MB
- Crossfire
- Gaming
- 3D Rendering (Maya)

Here are some small questions:
How much is different between DDR3 and DDR4?
Which is supported better by P5W DH Deluxe?

Thanks,
Ash

PCI-e I assume? Crossfire, so you want 2 cards, right? Just go onto newegg.com and use the filters to show all the Crossfire capable cards with 512MB of memory. Then get the fastest card for your budget. Except in benchmarks, you really won't notice a difference in performance inside a game or app when comparing DDR3 & 4.

I would sya you would most likely want the gdd4 because its faster speeds which will help with rendering mybe, but dont go with what I say might be wrong

Thanks!

I guess I would go for ATI Radeon X1900XT DDR3 512MB. But I am wondering is it for rendering in Maya?

It is the better choice, because it will last longer having more ram than the 256 model. Also will be a standard in upcoming games. Honestly cant hurt to have more for a little $

i'd recommend waiting until later in the month when the new cards come out with the internal Crossfire system, unless you really want that dongle cable mess in the back of your system ;)
