You can also "model" your system on several retailers sites and they will suggest RAM purchases - www.mwave.com will do it, for example. I often just visited their page and spec'd out a system just to ensure a certain part would be compatable. Drawback is they only list or offer you what they have to sell.

Another site: ASUS P5 Mainboard Memory

In other words, google out sites using the mobo model as a keyword or "RAM purchase", "RAM configure", etc. I'd look for the motherboard specs here:

As for brands, the three main ones I've seen for memory touted are:
Corsair
Patriot
OCZ

For a PSU, look at the PSU Guide first. There's a link to a neat "wattage calculator" on it, also. Myself, I'd suggest a 600W ThermalTake, Hiper, or CoolMax . . not familar enough with Antec to suggest theirs.
