what happened to my D drive

the icone of my D drive has changed to due to some reasons which I don't know
seconed problem that when I double click on the drive it goes to the search and when I right click on the drive I don't have the open command as a first option, the options are listed as below
search
explore
open
which means that I must right-click on the drive,go down to open command if I want to browse the drive
how I can get back the default icon for the drive

well, first of all do you call your 'D drive' a CPU? hmm? this is a CPU forum not HDD, i wonder what in the hell i mean THG forumz is happening to people everyone is posting every topic in the CPU section, anyways double check before posting anything.
Now for the problem well what the heck is your 'D drive' ? Is it a CD/DVD-ROM? HDD partition? a Virtual CD/DVD drive? wot? network drive? give more details...
