I'm planning on building a computer around Intel DG965SS motherboard. It won't have any IDE hard disks, only SATA. I'm wondering if I need Serial ATA drivers to install Windows XP on SATA disk. If yes, where can I download those drivers so I could put them on a floppy disk?
The XP installation CD with no service pack requires you to provide drivers for SATA, but if you have XP with SP1 built in the drivers are already there and you wont need to worry about it.
