My window wont start i did every thing i could.

Hello,
Im at he screen where it says Windows Boot Manager
it said Windows Failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the Problem:
1:Insert your window installation disc and restart your computer
2:Choose your language, and click "next"
3:Click "Repair you computer"
i did all of these already i did them several times
And at the bottem of my screen it says:
File:\Boot\BCD
Status:0xc0000098
Info:The windows boot configuration data files does not contain a valid OS entry
PLEASE HELP ME WITH THESE ISSUE mostly appriciated

Check if you are able to get the recovery options by pressing the key F8 on your computer.
a. Restart your computer if it is powered on.
b. Tap the F8 key after your computer initially powers on.
c. Once you see the Advanced Boot Options menu you can stop tapping.
From the Advanced Boot options, check if you can get the System Recovery or repair option. This would take you to Windows recovery options. If you can get to the recovery options, you can rebuild BDC
