Alright folks, just some quick assistance please.

I'm upgrading the key components in my system, RAM, CPU and Mobo. The first two have been chosen

Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2-6400C4
Intel C2D E6600

Not got a clue about the mobo, needs to be SLI as I have 2 7900GTs and needs to be a decent overclocker, as I plan on pushing the system a little. Should I wait for the 680i or something currently available be good enough?

Thanks for any help :)

To be honest if you are wanting to overclock I'd get a 975x board (Intel Badaxe or Asus P5W DH) and use hacked drivers.

The nForce boards are crappy overclockers...

Any other advice?

Failing that wait till middle of next month and pick up an nForce 680i, they are supposed to be good overclockers.

Either way, C2D on nForce 4 and nFoce 590 = crap imho.

I'm waiting on the 680i. It just makes sense since they will also be upgradable to quad core when I can afford that! I bought my case, psu, gpu's, hard drives and dvd/cd burners. Hope that on the 8th or very soon after the 680i will be available!
