I found that there are alot of video cards for 200 or less on the market, but with 1 is best for the money? I dont want anything weeker then a 7600gt, but I dont wana spend more then 200 bucks. right now the best i'v seen is the 7900gs/gt or the 1900gt. I'm building a new system so I'm going to need a psu, will 460/500 watts be good? newegg is haveing a big sale so I need to make up my mind in the next few days.

i would agree as well, from the benches i have seen the x1950pro is on par with the 7900GT, and runs cooler and uses less power then the x1900GT, as a result of the die shrink.
