Corel Support is a Total Joke

Corel has acquired Ulead and Intervideo, I have a paid copy of Intervideo DVD Copy 4 software, that has to be activated to be used, Corel has slapped their name on the Intervideo DVD Copy 6, thus effectively changing all the log in information to Intervideo to the Corel website.

My gripe, or should I say my severe state of seriously pissed off, is Corels solution is to inform me they no longer support Intervideo DVD Copy 4, so even though I have a bought and paid for copy of it I cannot activate it to use it.

They said to me I could always buy their DVD Copy 6, but would not offer any kind of discount to it even though I sent them proof of purchase of previous software.

And they wonder why people hack their new products, when they treat legitimate customers that way!

Also their support takes up to 7 days response time.

If they go belly up! I will laugh my a$$ off!

Beware using Corel! It could happen to You!
