how much does OC affect the life of the chip?

I have a 7600GT and i OC'ed from 560/700 to 620/770. How does this OC affect the life of the card? and
how does OC in general affect the life of anything that has a clock? :)

IT depends on whether you've taken the very first step, and thats some type of better cooling than you initially had, a CPU or GPU can last indefinitely if its cooled properly and the temps kept from getting too high.

Theres not exact time cutting on the life of any component, but the cooler you keep it the longer it will last.
