Install certificate services in windows 7

install certificate services in windows 7.
I need to install a certificate for ocs to work on my windows 7 pc, but i can't locate add/remove windows component to access certificate services in windows 7

pls help

Use the search box in the Start menu. Try typing "Add/Remove Windows Components", and something should come up.

I might be off the mark, but if it's an email certificate you can use Internet Explorer (option - content - certificates)
