I read the sticky in the "cpu" section for overclocking a core 2 duo, but it is very frustrating for me to go through all of the bios options to find what it is I need to change. Does anyone have site you can send me to that outlines the Asus P5W bios settings in a neat, concise manner?

Also, if I do SOME of the BIOS changes in the sticky (i.e. changing the memory timings and the PCI-E and PCI frequencies will that hurt anything if I do not change anything else? I had some changes but didn't save them as I didn't want to damage anything.

Once you find them once you wont need to "find" them again.
