Solaris, Digital Storm, or Vigor Gaming?

Well I'm at a cross roads right now. I am trying to figure out which computer place to purchase my computer.
I'm working with a budget of about 3000 max but would prefer to spend around 2300-2500. Cause I'm going to be taking out extra loan money for college to buy a "homework" computer which really means a badass upper midrange PC to play Age of Conan, and several other games. I was just wondering what vendor you thought would be most reputable. Vigor has their monsoon cooling which is their main quality that attracted me but now they don't have them available anymore. Digital Storm seems to be reliable and offers relatively cheap water cooling which looks really cool, even though i don't really need it, I feel that just cause it looks cool shouldn't decide anything as i should probably spend my money on better components. Solaris-PC is having legal copyright issues over their name.They are doing their configuring via the forums but he also allows literally any kind of combo's you could possibly want. You just post a config, he makes suggestions as to changes that could save money, or offer better price/performance ratio. He also gave me his AIM handle so I could ask him questions and he could answer them as soon as I had them. So these are pretty much the rundowns of those companies. Tell me what your guy's opinions are.
